One of the things I love about reading as a writer is appreciating when two talented writers can use a number of similar elements and then craft that raw material into vastly different stories. And, my friends, they are getting it done.
What can I say? The women horror writers are liking the American Southwest as a setting lately. Can it be true? A second Dair Reads Review of a novel set in the desert? In the same month, no less? These are crazy days indeed.
